Configuring Gmail with Evanced as an SMTP service

To setup Gmail for use with Events and Room Reserve, you need to first enable POP in Gmail. See instructions here: https://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13273
Then go to the Email Server Settings configuration page in Events or Room Reserve and enter the following items:
For Event Calendar and Room Reserve (V6)
For Event Calendar and Room Reserve (V7)
One thing to remember is that there is a limit to the number of emails that can be sent per day
