How do I Add a New Header in Summer Reader?

Q: How do I add a new header in Summer Reader?

A:

For Version 10:
Go to Edit program
Go to Visual Setup
Select a template from the list
Add a URL for a custom banner if you wish.

Click Save

For Version 9:

If you are just trying to change the default image that is on your Summer Reader homepage, then do the following:

1- Log in as an admin

2- Go to System Maintenance.

3- Click Page Editor in the Style Sheet section.

4- Select the program in question. It will open to a preview of the home page.

5- Expand the Sponsor section by clicking on the plus sign.

6- Hit Sponsor Image, then in the background image field, replace the image link (should look something like this: https://sr.evanced.info/ev/Winter_banner1.jpg with your own image's web address instead. Then hit Save button.

Note : If you do not have a web server to host your image on and obtain a link, you can use Flickr:

 
A:

Alternatively, the header can be changed in the Program Specific Style Sheet as well.
 
 
1- Log in as an admin
 
 
3- Click Program-Specific Style Sheets in the Style Sheet section.
 
4- Click the [+] next to the program in question.
 
5- Click on Home Page
 
6- In the box titled Sponsor Section, Find the line labled background-image: url(URL IN HERE) in the function #sponsor-image. *Note: It should be the first function and first few lines of text in the sponsor section box* 
 
7- Change the background-image: url(URL) to background-image:url(THE NEW URL).  Make sure to leave the ( ) or the link will not work. 
 
8- Click save at the top and the banner will display your image

Note : If you do not have a web server to host your image on and obtain a link, you can use Flickr:

So the instructions are great, but my image is not properly sized to correctly fit the sponsor box. Can you please share the dimensions that I should resize my photo to? Many thanks!

looks like we CAN put our own image on the SRC header!!!
